There are some good habits that can change your whole life. How about knowing these good habits early on, every 5th grader should know them, including me. I am glad I was able to read this 5th grader quiz when I was in the 5th grade, perhaps, this is one of the reasons why I am now content with my life.
There is a good chance that you were born with some good habits. You may have been born with the habit of keeping your room clean and tidy, or you may have been born with the habit of making friends easily. Here are some common good habits

You can improve your life by changing your bad habits and forming good ones. There are also some foods to eat that make you healthier.

Walnuts: Walnuts are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which help reduce the risk of cancer, Alzheimer’s disease and other ailments.
Oranges: Orassium, a mineral found in oranges, can help prevent kidney stones from developing because it keeps calcium soluble in urine.

Like most people, you may find yourself skimping on sleep when there’s too much to do and not enough time in the day to do it. Smoking doesn’t just affect your health; it also affects your mind. The habit of smoking can create brain clutter that keeps you from thinking clearly. Smoking is an addiction that tricks your brain into thinking that it needs nicotine, even though this isn’t true.
Studies have shown that smokers are rarely able to concentrate for very long without feeling an urge to light up. The next time you feel yourself needing a cigarette, try these tips instead of giving in: Take a walk outside or around the block. Sometimes the fresh air will be enough to clear your mind and help you think more clearly.
